I had this massive blog to post but the email isn’t working so stuffit. I’m finishing up for the term tomorrow and Dave, myself and three girlies that are working in Wynberg are off down the Garden Route for the Easter hols. Should be fun. I think I’ll blog tomorrow more in depth when I have some time.

By the way Photogenic is working again and the gallery looks nice. check it out and be blown away.

Meh. I tried, Nadine tried. I got over excited and stole photo’s from Dave (I’m sorry mate!) and cropped them in anticipation. Trust me though, this isn’t the same stealing as the webcam piccie!
Oh well apart from that personal msg, photogenic is now broken, but at least you can see my piccies, even if it’s crap and unordered. Just check the directory out HERE. Mind you, there are 72 images totalling about 4 meg, so i’m screwed if I get another 2000 hits in a day and they all decide to check the photos!

I’ve got 72 photos ready to be shown to the world, but keeping in line with the typical asshole I am, I will be witholding the piccies for a little bit, at least until someone can help me.

My problem arises with my gallery script, Photogenic. I can’t log in. I think Pei created it for me in October last year, although it may easily have been lele, but the username whoever created has eluded me and my memory. As such I CAN’T LOG ON and CAN’T SHARE PICCIES. So tough titties until someone helps. I’d lvoe to figure it out myself but with 20 minutes about twice a week to use the net it’s rather difficult. Please, someone email me a solution to notpete@dialagranny.com – oh and you might want to take the ‘not’ away – and you will be wowed and smacked around by the awesomeness of South Africa – plus you get my eternal love, and really who doesn’t want some of that? Seriously some of the photos are WOW. Anyway get back asap – it’d be nice for everyone involved if you guys can see stuff before the w/e or even better TOMORROW!

Holy crapmuffins. Here I am, minding my own business in South Africa with close to no internet access ever, and along comes some dude in my last entry, or entry before – i really can’t remember but anyway – he links me, and DEAR GOD I get almost 2000 visits in a single day. ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TWO VISITS! Thats about 30 times my average, and beat my last maximum by a factor of a bit over 10, as can be demonstrated if you click on the blue and red graph on the right down there —>

Wow. I rock – not even a link from microsoft in October ’02 regarding the bali bombings beat that mass checkout!

Only problem is most of the visitors that day were seppies…. The Aussie stranglehold on visitor numbers took a beating on that fateful day…. (BTW seppie is Oz rhyming slang for american. eppie is a bastardised version of septic, or septic tank, and tank rhymes with yank. Ergo, a seppie is an american)
